Lumis parsers

Lumis v0.9 stopped auto loading languages. Each one is its own Hex package now, and a
fence in a language you haven't installed comes out as plain text.

Documents inject languages too: HTML reaches css and javascript, Elixir reaches
comment. Install those as well. Bundles like {:lumis_wasm_bundle_web, "~> 0.1"} cover
a set at once, and the language catalog has
every package name.

Config and render options are unchanged.

Parsers compile on first use. Calling Lumis.Languages.async_load(~w(elixir rust)) from
your start/2 moves that off the first request.

Two rendering changes may break snapshot tests: an unterminated final line no longer gets
a newline before </div>, and adjacent tokens sharing a scope now collapse into one
<span>.
