Describe the bug
On Android, when I go to add an account, if I decline the prompt for contacts permission, it shows me the add account page, but it doesn't work. Taps on the account types and the Select Account button don't do anything.

If I accept the prompt, that screen and the buttons work fine.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: Pixel 4
Android version: 13
IndiePass version: 0.81
