When having multiple accounts

switch syndication targets
draft should know which user to load
there will be a default user
which will be used as the standard user to post, but you can click on it and then switch during posting, this does not change the default user
drafts are mixed
ability to switch from the navigation bar, this sets the 'default' user and reloads the reader, contacts or postlist screen in case that fragment is loaded
check style of channels: there's a possibility of clashes, we can always fix that later (this would have been the case anyway before this feature)

Another idea is to maybe switch directly when there's only two accounts, or adding little notification icons to get the number of unread items for instance, but that's for a later stadium when adding new account types.
