Now response actions might be visible while it might be disable by the post-types option.

Options

enable or disable them one by one in case post types is not enabled.
listen to the post types configuration, we should make sure that it's performant

One other thing is that there are a lot of response types now, so figure out if we should move a couple either somewhere else in the view or behind the 3 dots.

made bookmark and read both optional, best of both worlds at the moment, maybe at some point I'll make the other ones optional too
